If it has been more than 30 days since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. - To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging in the condition you received it. - Your product must be returned in its original packaging to the address we provide. Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturers.

At any time beyond that, your order will already be processed and preparing for shipping, so order changes or cancellations cannot be made after 24 hours.

Damaged/Missing Items If for any reason your order has arrived damaged or contains missing items, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. To file a Damaged/Missing Product Claim, please contact our support team. If we have confirmed with the post office and shipping company that the product was delivered with a specific date, time and location. We are not responsible for missing items during delivery. Shipping You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
